Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan ( 17.09.2025- 2.10.2025)

  Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital, Perambur

  1. A Blood Donation Camp was organized  at Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital, Perambur, with active participation from staff and volunteers. The camp began with donor registration and thorough medical screening to ensure safe and healthy blood donation. Donors were motivated and guided at every step by the medical team.The blood collection process was carried out under strict supervision, followed by post-donation care. Refreshments were provided, and certificates were issued to all donors in recognition of their valuable contribution.On this occasion, PCMD/SR interacted with the donors and emphasized the noble significance of voluntary blood donation, highlighting how each unit of donated blood has the power to save lives.

  2. 19/9/25- Screening for non communicable diseases. Total 55 patients were screened.

 

  1. 22/09/25- Screening for high risk in antenatal patients  and family planning counselling was organised. 98 patients were screened. High risk cases- 35.

  1. 25/09/25- Health checkup camp at carriage workshop / Perumbur. Total 30 beneficiaries were screened

  1. 26/09/25- Awareness talk on mental health  at Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital, Perambur. 52 beneficiaries attended. 

  2. 27/09/25- Aneamia screening in adolescents and health awareness talk was conduced

  3. 29/09/25-A health talk was delivered at female medical  ward ,Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital  ,Perumbur.. The focus was on diet exercise, fall prevention and healthy ageing for geriatric population. General physician,dietician and Physiotherapist gave lectures on the topic followed by interactive session. Total 35 beneficiaries attended.

  4. 30/9/25- Health talk on immunisation and child health services by Pediatricians and Gynaecologists,  followed by Quiz was conducted at  Peddiatric ward. Total 22 patients attended.
