Babies are maintained in thermo neutral environment, respiratory distress in preterm babies are managed with endotracheal instillation of Surfactant, CPAP/ Ventilator management as needed. Babies are evaluated for jaundice using transcutaneous bilirubinometry (non-invasive method) and Phototherapy is being used to manage neonatal jaundice. Point of care Ultrasound (POCUS) is being used to screen the congenital heart disease and neurological conditions.
