The Southern Railway Hospital offers speech therapy and audiologist consultations in Room No. 313 of the New Hospital OPD Complex in the ENT Department. The hospital provides clinical services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric groups with a wide range of communication disorders including speech, language, hearing, and swallowing issues.

Speech therapy is available for all age groups, addressing disorders such as child language disorders, and Adult language disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Spoken Language Delay, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Articulation and Phonological Disorders, Hearing Impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Cleft Lip and Palate and other voice disorders.

Swallowing therapy is offered for patients of CVA and Head and Neck malignancy who suffer from Dysphagia and effortful swallowing.
