100-Day Intensified TB Awareness Campaign at New Hospital OPD complex - RH/ PER
As part of the 100-Day Intensified TB Awareness Campaign, a comprehensive awareness program was conducted at the Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital. Around 120 beneficiaries attended the program.
Dr.G.Arun Kumar Sr.DMO/RH/PER gave a speech emphasizing on need for screening of asymptomatic high risk individuals as a part of this 100 days intensified TB elimination campaign.
r. S. Kalyani, PCMD/HQ Hospital/RH/PER addressed the gathering with a speech on ill effects of TB and modes to prevent TB spread. Nursing students played a skit and dance performance illustrating the modes of TB spread and necessity of proper adherence to TB treatment.
Dr. Lalitha, ACHD/RH/PER, Dr.Chitra/ ACHD/ RH/PER, Dr. Ninu P. Babu, Pulmonologist/ADMO/RH/PER also attended the program.
