International yoga day was conducted on 21.06.24 in Southern Railway Headquarters Hospital in Cherian Hall. Dr.Naveena (yoga and Naturopathy) led the participants by demonstrating different Yoga postures. Common Yoga protocol was followed.The theme “Yoga for self and society “ was emphasised. MD/RH/PER Dr.Kalyani along with 130 participants performed Yoga from 8am to 9am. Refreshments were served in the end. The need to paractice Yoga was emphasised. The program was well received.
