In connection with the National Nutrition Month (Poshan Maah) on 26.09.24 an awareness talk on complimentary feeding and weaning foods was given to lactating mothers by Ms. Subha and Ms. Jansi Rani,Dieticians, RH/PER. Colourful and educative flex boards on variety of weaning foods were displayed.
The importance of taking a balanced and nutritious diet during lactation was highlighted.
The queries and concerns regarding infant nutrition of the lactating mothers were also addressed.
